Rescheduling is always an option and we are more than willing to accommodate you at no extra charge. Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to an event will NOT incur a cancellation charge. Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to an event will only forfeit $50 of full paid deposit as a cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to an event will forfeit the FULL PAID DEPOSIT amount as a cancellation charge. Cancellations made day of the event will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the event. 

Epic Game trailer is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

The Classic Trailers and Bus are designed for most types of weather conditions. The Classic Trailers and Bus are insulated, climate controlled with air conditioning and heat. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment. If severe storms threaten your party, and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated wind storm or rain storm) please contact us to begin the rescheduling process.
The Misting Trailer will not work in bad weather, rain, or high winds and will have to be postponed or rescheduled.

A Travel surcharge may be applied for locations above 25 miles from the 85053 zip code (35th Ave. and Bell Road) to cover the driver’s time and added fuel costs. Call for pricing. 

The Game Host is there to make sure that everything is running smoothly with your event or party. He tutors, entertains, and inspires. Tipping for good service is a greatly appreciated, but not required.

Epic Game Trailer does require a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside of the trailer at all times.  Kids 6 or under need a parent with them at all times. Kids 16 and under require a parent or guardian to be on the property and to keep in contact with the game host occasionally if a concern arises.

Epic Game Trailer, and our employees, will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the trailer in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. ​Additionally,
Epic Game Trailer reserves the right to charge the client's credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage from the client’s guests. Epic Game Trailer, and our employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client's property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

You may serve alcohol at an Epic Game Trailer event or party; however, we may require an on-site security surcharge and/or security deposit when alcohol is being served. We may refuse, cancel, or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served due to drunk guests. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Epic Game Trailer. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.

Epic Game Trailer does not allow any food, candy, gum or drinks inside the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.

When the Epic Game Trailer pulls up, please keep guests from running up to the trailer or around it. We will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes we park on your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they have concerns) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway.​ Please keep in mind that our Game Host will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property, or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 60 feet of space to park. Additionally, our Game Host will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event without prior approval and they should not park off of a hard surface. 

While your party is in effect the Game Host may take pictures of the party from inside the trailer. You will then be able to view these pictures on our Epic Game Trailer website or Facebook Fan Page and copy them to your files. ​If you do not want our Game Host taking these pictures or posting them on the Fan Page please notify us via Email prior to the party or day of. 

G- rated game play goes by the house rules. This means that we will play the games that you allow. The game theater has games of all ratings, and we can accommodate many tastes and levels of play. Our Game Host will work with you prior to starting the party to confirm any game restrictions. Check out the Game Library for all the games we carry. ESRB Ratings System.
